Asia Juniors Winter 2027 (EduDrift)

Organised by EduDrift

EduDrift's January junior World Schools tournament, online on Singapore time.

The Asia Juniors Winter is EduDrift's January edition of its junior World Schools tournament for ages 7 to 14: two days online on Zoom and Slack, five preliminary rounds and a break to elimination rounds, with prepared, impromptu and silent-prep rounds mixed in. Every student receives certificates, a performance star chart and written feedback from the judges.

Rounds run on Singapore time from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, which is 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM in Dubai, so it suits our Asia and Gulf students. EduDrift has not yet confirmed the 2027 dates; the ones shown follow the usual late-January slot and will be corrected when the organiser publishes them.

What's included if you sign up through us

  • 4 hours of coaching by experts
  • Sorted registration and judge requirement
  • Feedback about the tournament after the rounds
Is the date confirmed?

Not yet. Register interest and we will email you the moment EduDrift confirms the 2027 dates and opens registration.

Does my child need a judge or experience?

No judge is needed: EduDrift provides them. It is a junior tournament, so one term of classes or a foundation course is enough preparation, plus the four coached hours we include.

Preparing for the tournament

Students entering their first judged rounds usually get the most out of a short run of coached practice first. The Foundation class covers the format from scratch, the Competition Team trains year-round, and the motion bank has thousands of real motions to practise on. How rounds are scored is explained in how World Schools judging works.
